Victoria D. Miranda, Esq., is an attorney at Seiden Family Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced family law for the entirety of her career at a boutique law firm in Essex County.
Victoria attended Elizabethtown College where she graduated with a degree in Political Science and a minor in History and was a member of the Varsity Swim Team. She earned her Juris Doctor from Roger Williams University School of Law in 2012. While studying at Roger Williams, Victoria served as a student attorney with Rhode Island Legal Services, where she gained experience in family law matters.
Victoria is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Union County Bar Association. Victoria previously sat as an Executive Committee Member for the Young Lawyers Division from 2017-2022. She currently serves as the Chair of the District XII Fee Arbitration Committee. She has presented, as a speaker, several panels throughout the state of New Jersey on various family law issues with the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Education, the Middlesex County Bar Association, the Cumberland County Bar Association, and the NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention.
Victoria has been selected by her peers as a Rising Star from 2017-2023. She has also been selected by her clients as “Best Lawyers for Families” with New Jersey Family from 2018-2023.
Victoria’s focus has been on matrimonial law with a specialization in child welfare practice, including matters of child abuse and neglect. Victoria advocates zealously for her clients and helps guide them through their most difficult times.
