Samira A. Barnes

Samira A. Barnes, Esq. is an attorney at Seiden Family Law, LLC. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey. Prior to joining the firm, she clerked for the Honorable MeLinda Hawkins Taylor, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Family Part, Essex County, from 2023-2024.

Samira attended Towson University where she studied Criminal Justice and English. She earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School- Newark. During her time at Rutgers Law, she served, for two years, as a student attorney in the Child Advocacy Clinic assisting in child welfare, immigration, and disability matters. This helped inspire her passion for helping families in times of need. 

Samira is a member of the Essex County Bar Association, Union County Bar Association, Garden State Bar Association, New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated.
