Kaitlyn E. McCracken

Kaitlyn E. McCracken, Esq., is an attorney at Seiden Family Law. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York. Kaitlyn served as the law clerk to the Honorable Deborah J. Venezia, Superior Court of New Jersey, Presiding Judge, Chancery Division, Family Part, Middlesex County, from 2023 - 2024 and for the Honorable Sarika Kapoor, Acting Justice of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, from 2022 – 2023.

Kaitlyn attended the Catholic University of America where she graduated with a degree in Politics and a minor in Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Hofstra University School of Law in 2022. While studying at Hofstra University, Kaitlyn served as a student attorney in the Youth Advocacy Clinic, where she gained experience in family law matters.
